Automatic Polishing Machine
Application:
This machine is mainly used for polishing the cambered surface of the optic glass, windows glass and other hard and fragile materials with high speed, especially for 2.5D and 3D windows glass.
Working principle
The machine uses three stations staging polishing, one person could operate several machines. It can change automatically. The high efficiency and precision of the polishing 2.5D and 3D windows glass could be achieved by the reasonable speed of the up and low plates, the suitable adjusting of the pressure of the up plate, the proper auxiliary material (the selecting of the polishing pad) and the continuously adding of the polishing liquid to the low plate.
Main feature:
1. Four polishing heads and three stations are used. These four polishing heads could form multi-station working ways through point dislocation and different plates group, which could let the work-piece load or unload when processing.
2. The servo system is used to drive the polishing head point dislocation to control the position precisely and stably.
3. The four polishing heads are droved by asynchronous motor separately to ensure the soft start and stop, stable speed-changing and no impact.
4. The low plate is droved by direct-connect coaxial reducing motor, simple structure and easy to maintain.
5. The up polishing head lifting and pressuring are controlled by cylinder, simple and stable.
6. The work-piece is fixed with special tools and vacuum, which is very stable.
7. The liquid basin is the full enclosed structure.
8. The location detecting device is used for polishing head point dislocating, lifting and rotating.
9. This machine uses advanced PT and PLC control. The technique parameters could be set through the touching buttons, besides displaying the running parameters. The main operating could be finished by the ordinary buttons.
