X62 1000-1 Glass Precision Polishing Machine
Application:
This machine is mainly used for single-sided polishing of STN-LCD and TFT-LCD glass substrate or other hard and fragile materials with high accuracy and efficiency.
Main features:
1. Frequency speed control. Soft start and stopping at a target point.
2. Slurry feed is from both sides of the upper plate and the center of the lower plate.
3. The machine can provide negative pressuring, the weight of the upper plate and positive pressuring.
4. The polishing plates are driven by main motor via gear worm. The main shaft is positioned and supported with crossed roller bearings.
5. The key bought-in components are from world famous manufacturers which make sure the machine’s accuracy and reliability. Polishing head is driven by motor with gear box. Polishing head has the same rotation direction as polishing plate.
6. Portal shaped rocker adopts parallel translation.
7. The polishing head is overturned with constant Moment. Its limiting position mechanical lock.
8. Equipped with PLC system. Users can select their own run modes.
