Application:
This machine is mainly used for polishing sapphire and other non-metal hard and fragile flat materials on single-sided with high accuracy.
Main feature:
 Main polishing plate and four polishing heads are drove automatically, speed is controlled by frequency conversion, and the speed ratio can be changed.
 The temperature of the main polishing plate is detected by infrared radiation thermometer, and its inner-side is equipped with circulated water cooling system, ensuring the accurate temperature during polishing.
 The pressure of polishing head is controlled by electric proportional valve and precision valve, the pressure could be controlled as several steps.
 The pressure, speed, and time can be controlled and adjusted while polishing, and the four heads is controlled separately.
 The main reducer and transmission system of the upper polishing head are from the world-famous brand in the transmission fields.
 Pneumatic and electric-control systems are also from the world-famous brand in the automatic control fields.
 The liquid-feed system with dosing pump, cooling system with water chiller and conditioning system could be selected to be equipped (need to purchase separately).
