1. Function
The machine is mainly used for accurately polishing cellphone window glass, computer touch screen, optical glass and other non-metal hard and fragile materials on both sides. It can also process parallel flat materials of different shapes on both sides accuratly, such as semiconductor silicon wafers, ceramics, computer spare parts and other metal or non-metal hard and fragile materials.
2. Main Features
2.1 Expansibility: The interconversion between 13B-7PT and 15B could be achieved through rechanging defferent plates, sun gear and other spare parts. This could meet the requirement of polishing the defferent workpieces which less than 290mm, 320mm, 360mm and others with high precision on both sides.
2.2 High carrying efficiency: The processing efficiency of each machine has 40% and 17% promotion, which compared with 13B-5 and 13B-6PW.
2.3 Easy maintainence: The machine adopts gusset framework bareness structure, the main structure would be totally displayed to the user after putting off the door plate, which is easy to maintain.
2.4 Easy and convinient operation: This machine has two modes, auto and munual, just set the pressure, speed and time, then press the related button. The machine uses the counting program control, also may use the frequency measurement control. Therefore, one person may operate several equipments.
2.5 Reasonable speed ratio: The machine is drived by two motors, that is the plats and ring gear, sun gear are drived by defferent motor, and fits with the frequency speed-control system. The speed rate could be reasonably fitted according to the defferent technological requirement of defferent industry and materials. The technological adaptability, rate of finished products and efficiency are highly promoted.
2.6 Long working life: The machine fits with four automatic lubricating equipment, which could lubricate the running parts intermittently. The working life is much longer and maintainence is more convinient.
2.7 Advanced control system: The machine adopts the world famous component, such as PLC, human-computer interface, transducer and so on. The control is advanced and reliable. The setting of the human-computer interface could be adjusted according to the users’ requirement.
