Данное оборудование в основном предназначено для двухстороннего полирования с высокой точностью на кремниевую пластину, пластину арсенида галлии, керамическую пластину, кварцевый кристалл, оптическое стекло и другие жесткие хрупкие материалы.

Machine Application:
This machine is mainly used for accurately polishing silicon wafer, gallium arsenide, ceramics, quartz crystal, photonics and other hard and fragile materials on both sides.
Main feature:
1. Equipped with several motors, the speed range is much wider, which could fit different material and techniques. Soft start; soft stop with stable speed control and less strike.
2. The sun gear is lifted with ring gear synchronously, which meets the requirement of the position of the work-pieces and carrier’s matching.
3. The principle axis of the low plate equipped with the crossed roller bearing, which could bear both the axial force and the radial force and ensures the static and dynamic accuracy of the low plate.
4. The up and low plates are droved by helical gear, which ensures its stability.
5. The machine can be equipped with two motors, three motors (standard configuration) or four motors.
6. Equipped with closed feedback control system of electric proportional valve and load detector. The minimum pressure is 2kgf, the pressure accuracy is ±2kgf.
7. Equipped with the central lubrication, which could let all the relative running surface and the gearing position lubricated fully, and the service life is improved greatly.
8. The up plate equipped with the new “floating” connection device.
9．Equipped with the anti-adherence function controlled by a special programme, that is used to avoid that the work-piece adhered to the up plates.
10. Stored with 20 SETS of technological parameter and each could set 20 steps of working procedure, which is easy to exchange among the work-pieces of different specification.
11. Equipped with servo motor according to the user’s requirement, by which the carriers could be located and reset automatically.
